The metropolitan beat and the close contact with the thriving jazz scene in Berlin made Anna's wish grow, to found a small, but fine swing band. 

Her passion for American Jazz heroes like Billie Holiday, Louis Armstrong 

or the First Lady of Jazz, Ella Fitzgerald, did the rest and ANNA SWINGT  (Anna is swinging) was born.

On a small scale, as a trio, quartet or quintet, the New Orleans of the thirties and the bar atmosphere of the New York swing era come to life again.
